Alden is a highly skilled and experienced litigator.
Prior to establishing Crimson Legal, Alden worked for various firms in New Zealand and Australia including one of Australia’s largest law firms as a specialist litigator.
Alden has handled a range of complex commercial litigation across various areas that include contract, insolvency, shareholder and general commercial disputes.
He has a particular interest in insolvency and shareholder disputes, and regularly acts for insolvency practitioners, building contractors and high net worth individuals.
Alden appears regularly in the High Court and the Court of Appeal.
