Wilson Chen

LAW CLERK

Wilson graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and completed his postgraduate studies at Peking University and the University of Auckland with a Juris Master Degree and a Master of Laws (with distinction) respectively.

​

Before arriving in New Zealand, Wilson was a practicing litigator in Beijing. He has more than 10 years of experience in P.R.C. Laws and was an assistant judge sitting in Beijing's First Intermediate Court. He is one of the few practising lawyers in P.R.C. with judiciary experience.

Wilson holds a practising licence in P.R.C.

​

Presently, Wilson is continuing with his studies at the University of Auckland and is expected to be admitted to New Zealand Bar by 2023.
